Here's a terrific video from the "Master Artisans" series, featuring British polymer clay artist, author and teacher Sue Heaser. Learn to make beautiful leaf brooches, dainty fairy earrings, pendants and brooches with teeny-tiny delicate flowers and butterflies, and a fascinating mosaic technique imitating Italian Pietra Dura.

My favorite tip of Sue's was using real leaves to stamp into black polymer clay, and then applying iridescent powders (like Pearl Ex) to create "bronze" brooches. The excellent close-up photography shows just how to shape the leaves with various tools to make them come alive.

Sue also shows you how to make marbled clay, cut tiny pieces accurately for lovely miniatures, and much more.
