I Received a Damaged Tape! What Should I Do?

If any video you received is damaged, return it to the address on the video sleeve, which is:

Include a brief note saying that the video is damaged, and you would like a replacement. I'd prefer if you also let me know what kind of damage there is, so I can check to be sure that we did not receive a bad batch from the duplicators.

A replacement DVD will be sent out to you as soon as we receive yours.
